This class is suitable for students of all levels of practice, inversions are practiced, at a beginner and intermediate level. This class is taught in English and Spanish.
Gentle Yoga for Older Adults
IN STUDIO ONLY
This class is for our Super Seniors! Students can have little or no experience, but must be ambulatory. This is a gentle class designed specifically for older adults working on maintaining flexibility, mobility, and balance, focusing on slow, controlled movements and can be practiced seated or standing with or without a chair. This class is taught in English.
Breast Health & Immune System Support

A women-focused yoga class on breast health and immune system support for all women, including those who are living with cancer. This class is taught in English.
Yoga for Addiction Recovery
IN STUDIO ONLY
A 75‑minute Iyengar Yoga class offering a grounding, supportive space for individuals in a 12-step program recovery. Through asanas (postures), breath awareness, students learn tools to reduce stress, steady the mind, and navigate cravings or triggers with greater ease. The practice cultivates present‑moment awareness helping shift attention away from rumination and toward a calmer, more balanced state. Over time, yoga can support emotional regulation, improve mood, and strengthen the inner resilience needed throughout the recovery journey. No yoga experience is necessary. This class is taught in English and Spanish.
