The studio is located on Highway 111 between Portola and San Luis Rey in the Presidents Plaza. The entrance is on the parking lot side of the studio towards the El Paseo side.
The studio is a calm, clean inviting practice space with cork floors and an Iyengar Yoga rope wall. We have a large selection of standard and original Iyengar yoga props, including small, medium, and large wooden props.
Studio Guidelines
Practice at least 2 hours after eating.
Wear clothes that allow free flowing movement but show the shape of your legs.
Please come to class free from perfumes or colognes.
Advise your teacher about menstruation, injuries or any medical issues prior to starting class.
All props provided, but please bring your own mat.
Turn your phone off or on “silent” mode and leave it outside the practice space.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of a class.
